I started THE NEW BUILD LIFESTYLE because I watched too many friends walk into a sales suite alone, leave £20,000+ on the table, then spend a year chasing the developer to fix things that should have been right at completion. Nobody was in their corner.

My promise is simple: one adviser, every step, the same person from your first call to keys to the day you sell. Free to you, because the developer pays us when you complete. No hidden fees, no upsells, no walking away when the deal’s done.

Why new-build

The buyers nobody serves properly.

New-build is around 200,000 UK home sales a year. It has its own mortgage quirks (extended offers, down-valuations, reservation deadlines), its own legal pack (NHBC warranties, Consumer Code, lease structures unique to apartment blocks), and its own post-completion landscape (snagging, two-year liability, ten-year warranty, year-22 deadlines most buyers miss).

Generalist platforms cover all of it lightly. Estate agents disappear at exchange. Brokers and solicitors hand off and move on. The big developers sell their own homes and have no incentive to look beyond the keys. Nobody owns the buyer's full journey — and the buyer pays for that gap.

When I bought my first new build, I made every mistake the developer's sales office quietly hopes you'll make. Wrong mortgage product. Reservation fee paid before the long-stop date was clear. Snags that turned into year-three problems because I didn't know what month-22 meant. None of the people I'd been in touch with through the buying process were anywhere to be found when those problems arrived.

That's the gap THE NEW BUILD LIFESTYLE was built to close. We don't disappear at the door. After Keys is part of every Buy Assist plan — free, for life — because the relationship doesn't end when the contract completes. It only really starts there.
