Your £499 is the only money that ever moves between us. Everything else is paid by the panel partners we introduce you to: the developer at completion, the mortgage broker, the solicitor, the insurer. Their fees to us don’t change your price one penny.
We disclose this on day one because you should always know who pays your adviser. None of those panel splits change the price you pay them.
This is not a discount we’re hiding for ourselves. The developer’s incentive budget is theirs to deploy. We just help you ask for it.

We work best with serious buyers. Here’s who Buy Assist is for, and who it isn’t.
At reservation. The moment you sign the developer’s reservation form on a home we’ve negotiated. Not before. We capture your card-on-file at the Strategy Call (via Stripe, the same authorisation a hotel uses for incidentals), and the £499 charges automatically when you reserve. If you never reserve, you never pay.
UK consumer law gives you a 14-day cooling-off period on distance contracts. If you cancel within 14 days of the charge and we haven’t already completed material work, you’re entitled to a refund. After that, the work has been done (your reservation is on the deal we negotiated) and the £499 fee is non-refundable.
UK new build developers operate referral programmes for introducers who bring them prepared, serious buyers. When you exchange contracts, the developer pays us a commission out of their marketing budget. It is not added to your price. Their margin is the same. Your price is the same. The only thing different is you walked away with thousands more in incentives.
If the deal falls through for reasons outside your control (developer pulls out, valuation issues, mortgage refusal), we re-run Buy Assist on the next home at no extra charge. Your £499 covers you until you’re in a home, not just one attempt.
