Is it really completely free? What's the catch?

It is genuinely free for you. We're paid a referral fee by the developer when you complete your purchase. The price you pay for the home is exactly the same whether you came through us or walked in cold. We disclose this upfront because you should always know who pays your advisor.

What does Buy Assist actually cover?

Coordination of your entire purchase — sourcing your home, negotiating the developer's incentive package, introducing you to FCA-authorised mortgage brokers, SRA-regulated solicitors and insurance partners at our preferred rates, coordinating independent snagging at completion, and staying with you through After Keys for life.

Are you regulated for mortgage and legal advice?

We're an introducer — not regulated for mortgage, legal or insurance advice ourselves. We introduce you to FCA-authorised mortgage brokers, SRA-regulated solicitors and FCA-authorised insurance specialists at our negotiated partner rates. They handle the regulated work.

What if I'm 6+ months from buying?

Even better. We use the runway to position you properly — get the paperwork right, work on credit if needed, line up your shortlist as the right developments launch. Buy Assist covers the full journey whenever it lands.

What if I've already reserved a property?

Buy Assist still applies. We'll review the home, run the offer strategy, line up the mortgage and legal, and stay with you through completion and After Keys. Our service is for the whole journey, not just the search.
